Relationships: Corporations can quickly become impersonal: the more advanced technology grows; the less human interaction is used. But at WMI we believe in the power of people and the collaborative advancements teams can make. Not only do we pride ourselves on the positive relationships we have within the company, but we strive to build a strong relationship with every customer and potential client we encounter.

Diversity: Diversity is so important to WMI – in all aspects of the word. Diversity in representation, thought, skills, and ideas. We are a minority-owned business and have a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification though OMWBE (Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises). Additionally, we are proud to have a leadership team that is represented mostly by women. We continue to keep diversity a priority as WMI expands throughout the United States, Ghana, Taiwan, Netherlands, and China.
