Summary:
The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

Job Responsibilities:
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• 2-4 years experience required
• Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
• Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
• Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
• A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions


Certified- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) – preferred (I don’t think we want to limit our candidate pool by the certification)
Seasoned professional with extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) in a fast-paced environment.
Work with sponsors and stakeholders to gather requirements, design, plan, and build low-code solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents) for integration into the business.
Well versed in working with Executive management teams and mid line managers, including training
Define and develop KPI key performance indicators (“KPIs”) for dashboards to track strategic goals for the client.
Develop automated systems to increase efficiency on various business goals, deadlines, and processes.
Provide a high level of customer service and support to our clients.
Bring innovative ideas to the team that solve business challenges and share knowledge freely.

Job Requirements

• Years of Experience Required – 2-4 years of exp
• Degrees or certifications required – BA in relevant field required
• Disqualifiers – Job hopping, less than 12 months of access, is missing ANY of the must have hard skills
• Best vs. Average – Best will have AI and business efficiency, prior MS experience or similar, experience with automation and efficiency when moving from manual to automatic workflows, strong collaborative mindset and has worked in fast paced roles previously.
