.Net Application Built for Efficiency
WMI developed a .NET application to manage numerous partner requests needing validation and processing. By centralizing data and automating steps in the workflow, the client increased efficiency, reduced manual tasks, and improved communication, resulting in shorter processing time for Customer Investment Funds requests.

User Acceptance Testing
WMI assumed control of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Program Management Operations (PMO) for a rapidly growing program, ensuring thorough testing of new features and system updates. By optimizing testing workflows and overseeing daily PMO operations, WMI improved accuracy and timeliness in customer statement and payment deliveries. Global Centralization
